A customer needed custom roof anchor plates for their roof safety system to go over existing gravel stop on the roof. With some careful planning and design, we came up with a concept and went to work getting them cut, bent, welded, and powder coated.

Plasma Cut Roof Satefy Anchor Plates
With our software and technicians we can design, program, and create the files we need to cut anything from our stock steel plate sheets. We can cut up to 1/4″ of steel, bend them up, and powder coat them for your project. For these steel anchor plates we used 3/16″ steel, bent them to spec and then had them powder coated.

The work and use with the plasma cutting torch is fairly straight forward. The design and implementation of the files is one of the longer and more time consuming parts. Regardless we have a large selection of files ready to go and when necessary we can always design new files.
